FREE DAY

Today was my first official off day here in Accra. I started the morning by heading to the mall and grabbing some things I needed. The most important thing..COFFEE! I headed to woodin to get a shirt and look at some possible present ideas for the family. I then went into Shoprite and picked up some essentials - coffee, a water heater, a mug, eggs and bread. I came back and I've been working on my literature review all day and I've been watching some football as well with some of the security guards here on campus. Oh I also cannot forget about the rain! It basically rained from noon until 5 pm leading to unsafe running conditions. I will start my summer workout plan tomorrow and I'll get the training and research updated as we go along!
